An acoustic duo based in Tokyo. Formed in the winter of 2001, they play music from the Caribbean island nation of Cuba in an acoustic style. They have been invited to Cuba every spring for 16 years since 2001, and have performed successfully at the International Music Festival. In their 15th year, they received a Special Achievement Award there. Their warm tone and rhythmic repertoire delight children and adults alike. They are also actively performing throughout Japan. Their unit name means "sounds that ring from two hearts" in Spanish. Their activities are supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Japan.
