I want to book an event
If you select "Event booking" from the LINE app, each event will appear, so slide sideways to select the appropriate event and proceed.
If you are booking from the website, go to the "Live Information" page, select the event in question, fill in the necessary information on the ticket information email form, and submit it.
What should I do after booking an event?
On the day of your visit, please tell us your name at the reception desk and payment will be made in cash.
When you enter, please secure your seat and then order your drinks.
Can I cancel the event?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are using the LINE app, select "Confirm Reservation" and then "Cancel Reservation" to proceed.
If you are booking via the website, please fill out and submit the necessary information on the "Cancellation Request" page in the event reservation menu.
There will be no cancellation fee.
Can I change the number of people in my reservation?
Yes, it is possible.
If you made a reservation via the LINE app, please cancel it and make a reservation again.
*Due to the system used to count the number of people accurately, we do not accept applications via LINE messages.
If you would like to make a reservation via our website, please contact us via our inquiry form or by phone.
When should I pay for meals?
During normal business hours, please pay when you leave.
Cash, credit cards and various electronic payments are accepted.
During the event, payment will be made on a cash-on-delivery basis for each order.
Can I use a credit card?
Yes, it is possible.
It can be used to pay for food and drink consumed on the day, and for merchandise purchases.
However, the event will be cash only.

Can I enter the store in a wheelchair?
Yes, it is possible.
When you arrive, please use the elevator on the 1st floor.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is permitted in our store.
However, smoking is prohibited at all venues during events.
Please use the standing ashtrays located next to the entrance door, on the upper stairs, and near the 1st floor sign.
Can I issue a receipt for food and drink charges paid on the day of the performance?
Yes, it is possible.
After paying, please ask a staff member in the store to issue you a receipt for your food and drink charges.
I would like to send flowers to a stand or dressing room.
You can pick up your ticket at the store, but availability will vary depending on the performance.

Can I enter if I show up to the venue on the day without making a reservation?
After the doors open on the day, if there are any available seats you can register at the store and enter.
Tickets can be purchased online up until one hour before the doors for each stage open on the day of the performance, so please check the reservation status on the website.
Are there dressing rooms for performers?
No, sorry.
There is a space next to the counter where one person can change clothes. It is small enough to hold about 10 guitar cases, so please feel free to use it.
*We are planning to rent a private room on the 3rd floor in the near future. (As of March 2025)

If you would like to perform at "Uta wa Night," an open mic event that opens the stage to the public once a month, please let us know via the LINE open chat at the URL below.

About exclusive reservations
We are currently accepting reservations for wedding receptions, private parties, year-end and New Year parties, etc. Please contact us for inquiries regarding live performances and band performances that are difficult to hold at other venues, karaoke, slideshows of photos taken on a large screen and 10 monitors, and YouTube live streaming.
We will discuss your budget with you.
