Born in 1985, he grew up on the sacred island of Yonaguni. From an early age, he loved folk songs and enka, and won numerous awards at island festivals, Sunkani competitions, and karaoke competitions. After graduating from junior high school, he left the island to enter Yaeyama Commercial High School, where he studied the island's performing arts, winning awards for Yaeyama classical folk songs, the Newcomer Award, and the Excellence Award. For six years from 2004, he performed all over the country as the third generation of the Ne-Nes.
After that, he started his solo career based in Okinawa, appearing at festivals and events both in and outside the prefecture, on television, in recordings, etc. He is currently active in overseas performances and is a popular young singer in Okinawa.
She sings a wide range of songs, from Okinawa folk songs to Yaeyama folk songs and Yonaguni island songs, sometimes adding her own arrangements, in a voice that was trained on the island.
