On Friday, July 11th, a special event will be held on Ishigaki Island, called "Go Quartet Summer Festival." The event will feature the trio "Go Quartet," as well as Makoto Chinen, a player of the traditional Australian instrument, the didgeridoo, and will deliver a unique world of sound.
Furthermore, Jun Muroi, a wood bassist, appeared as a special guest. His deep and warm bass added depth to the stage.
Also participating will be artist Yuasa Mizuki, who fuses music and video in digital live painting using a projector. Art drawn in real time during the live performance will add to the fantastical spatial production.
Let us invite you to a mysterious world where sound and light intertwine on a summer night, a world that can only be experienced on Ishigaki Island.
